Joseph Kline is the founder and lead therapist at St Joe Therapist. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Missouri, a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker in Kansas, and a Certified EMDR Therapist, Joseph is passionate about helping adults navigate life's challenges with compassion, honesty, and evidence-based care.
Since beginning his career in social services in 2011, Joseph has dedicated himself to helping individuals overcome trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and other life challenges. He believes every person has the strength to heal and grow, and his role is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can discover that strength and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Joseph specializes in working with adults ages 18 and older through both in-person and secure telehealth appointments. His therapeutic approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, recognizing how past experiences shape emotional well-being while helping clients build practical tools for lasting healing and resilience.
Known for being empathetic, honest, caring, and straightforward, Joseph strives to create meaningful therapeutic relationships where clients feel comfortable being themselves and confident in their journey toward emotional wellness.
