Therapist

"Empowering individuals to navigate life's challenges with confidence, resilience, and hope."

Kristen Siler-Kline is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through mental health challenges, crisis situations, and life's most difficult transitions. She is passionate about creating a compassionate, supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to move forward.

Much of Kristen's career has been spent working alongside law enforcement, responding to mental health crises and providing immediate support to individuals and families in times of need. This unique experience has given her valuable insight into trauma, crisis intervention, and the diverse experiences people face throughout life.

Kristen works with adolescents (12+) and adults, helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, and major life transitions. Her therapeutic style is compassionate yet direct, encouraging clients to recognize their own strengths while developing practical tools for lasting emotional well-being.

Outside the office, Kristen enjoys gardening, spending time with her dogs, and watching (and quoting) The Office. She believes laughter can be an important part of the healing process and isn't afraid to share a well-timed joke when it helps clients feel more comfortable.
